Applicants will have to go through the preliminary screening and pass our training processes of before being interviewed directly by clients.
Preliminary screening:
After the application has been selected, the applicant will take   a personality test. We will test ability to handle situations of the candidates as well as basic skills before we decide to participate in the candidate selection process of our training.
Training:
Participate in the training process, candidates will be explored in depth, professional practice assuming situations .
Direct interview by customers:
Customers will directly interview the candidates we brought in in order to select suitable candidates for the job requirements in companies.
